Main Ball Room

• Available to rent for your special functions and parties up to 500 people
• The spacious Ball Room(48’ x 80’) provides high ceilings and hardwood floors
• The stage with a pull-aside curtain has adjustable lighting and sound system
• The seating layout of the room is flexible: up to 500 guests for a theater type seating and dinner seating can accommodate up to 420 people
• Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee: sizes 6 ft., 8 ft. and 48” round tables are available

Front Entrance Hall

• Available to rent for any occasion for up to 150 people
• The Front Entrance Hall (2314 Sq. Ft.) includes 22 round tables with chairs, a wet bar with an icemaker, and a billiard table
• There is a small stage in the corner of the room and a little box office at the entrance for ticket sales as needed

Kitchen

• Use of the kitchen for cooking and food preparation requires an individual agreement contract
• A fully equipped kitchen includes gas and electric stoves with ovens, stainless steel working surfaces, refrigeration, a dishwasher, microwave ovens, stainless steel sinks and a granite front serving counter
• White tablecloths and limited supply of dishes and kitchenware are available
• Kitchen and bar service may be available upon request

Second Floor Conference rooms

• Spacious second floor premises are available for meetings, classes, and conferences
• A small kitchenette and separate restrooms for men and women in place

Audio and video equipment

• For an additional charge, video system is available with 94”x 76” screen, can be set up as required. A source for the video can be either DVD or PC.

Parking

• Convenient parking for 113 cars is available in our private, paved parking lot, adjoining the building; there is additional free street parking
• The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp
